Question about enlarged heart

Ok, on one of the letters from Jewish the doctor said the CT scan showed I had a

borderline enlarged heart and some seeping of fluid into the sack. I have been

told this is nothing. Not even worthy of consideration- by my friends who say

they have enlarged hearts and it's nothing. Is it different if you have lung

disease? Haven't talked to my doc but everyone of my friends says it isn't worth

mentioning. What does na elarged heart do? They seem to think it does nothing.
