I'll be going through the tests in July which could end up with me listed for a transplant. I live in the hill country N. of town, PA, about two hours from the U. of PA Lung Center. They've indicated the post-op therapy would be three times a week, for several weeks, and that I can't drive for a few weeks. I'm thinking with no significant other or friends who don't work, this could be a deal breaker. Have any of you faced this situation, or do any of you have any ideas re: finding transportation? I know it's a little early to worry about this but it'd be one more thing off my worry list. By the way, I'm finding that stress affects my breathing about as much as anything.
