I agree with Dave on this; just the other night I woke up with such bad vertigo I couldn't walk. It was scary. I'd taken a long sauna before bed and obviously drank too much fresh water. I keep a pre-mixed batch of electrolyte solution called Electrolyte available to mix with my water, one tblsp per 8 oz or so... In the case of that night though, I was so dizzy I drank a few big swigs of the straight salt solution and it worked. When I woke up the next time I was fine.. This stuff is made by BioPure and called " Electrolyte -- Enhanced Matrix Formula " . It'll last half a year..It has Potassium (as bicarbonate, chloride, and phosphate), and Phospherous (as phosphate) and Magnesium (as chloride and sulfate), and Bicarbonate (as sodium and potassium) and Sulfate (as magnesium) and Chloride (as magnesium, sodium and potassium.) A liter costs $25 and, like I say, you only use a tablespoon per 8 ounce glass of water... so it'll last several months.. And as for the magnesium complex, I take both Ionic Fizz which y'all probably know is a highly absorbable complex: http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=JM- 1019&source=FGJM-1019&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=JM-1019 and something called Calm which pure magnesium.. lots! http://www.absolutelythepurest.com/supplements/natural-calm- magnesium.html I realize they cost more than capsules but I seem far better off with absorbing these.. ~robin
