Rick Stein mentioned it in one of his programmes, so if you can get hold of one of his books it may have details. If it's what I think it is - and I may have got it totally wrong - it's grown in Norfolk (up by Sandringham), and is now fetching inflated prices in places like London - but basically is a wild crop up by the sea there. Prince likes it.
