> Lorraine - did you get him to have a pee before going to bed? <<

Oh yes always, and often if he doesn't go straight to sleep he will

yell downstairs for a wee too. I am sure he would go by himself but

he is in a mid-height cabin bed which he will not climb out of unless

we are there. This works brilliantly in keeping him in his bed but is

not going to help when trying to get him dry at night - hence I am in

no hurry to get him out of the night time nappy otherwise I will spend

half my night lifting him out of bed!

DS1 was 3 1/2 (which at the time I thought this was late, but know

better now), DD and DS2 were dry at night as soon as they were potty

trained, so I will have to play be ear with DS3. My nephew was almost

7 before he was dry at night, in fact they had actually been to the

doctors as at 7 apparently you qualify for the system which wakes you

up at night when you wee, but he then managed to do it himself before

they got it.

DS1 was dry by 3.5

DS2 was dry at 5 just, but still had the odd accident till he was about 8/9

DS3 well not started that game yet, maybe in a year or so I'll think about it.
