Maybe it's just the British psyche and is something to do with trying to get the better of our grey weather. Lesley --------------- From: Phyllis Now, no one take offence at this, but I have a theory that many British people dress quite outrageously and flamboyantly as a reaction to having worn uniforms in school. Either because they never, ever want to wear a blue jumper with a grey skirt (or whatever) again in their whole, entire life, or else some of them because they have never figured out *how* to dress in an individual way without going to the extreme.
