As TK says, do not chelate with amalgams in place. Also, don't take

any chlorella, cilantro, or antioxidant-dose ALA - they will make you

much worse.

However, you can and should start taking the recommended supplements.

And trying to address related issues such as digestion, diet & food

intolerances, adrenals/thyroid, etc. None of these things will

eliminate the mercury but they can help manage/minimize the damage,

and hopefully make you feel a little better while you're raising the

money/locating a dentist. If you don't have a copy of Amalgam

Illness, get that and start reading it.

BTW, some holistic dentists have payment options to help out. The

dentist I went to had information about somewhere you could get a

low-interest loan to cover the cost of revision. So, when you find a

dentist you may be able to ask them for suggestions. I live on

disability so I completely understand how overwhelming the cost issues

can be. Just keep working at it.

---------There is something called jigsawhealth, that is supposed to help you,

if you can't afford amalgam removal. This may be what you're talking about. I

don't have any personal experience with them, but I believe there is a link in

the Files or Links section of this group.---------Jackie
