Guest guest
I'll reply , I'm always here :o/ We have a BIG bed, best money we ever spent. We can fit me and DH in comfortably, with Emma at 5 its a bit of a squeeze. But I love it and the only downside is going away when we have to sleep in a double and can't get used to touching all night. I love the fact that we can sleep on our own sides, not touching (and in this heat its a blessing) and get a good night sleep without the other person waking us up by twitching etc. Good luck in your new bed... we love ours. And well I got my BIG bed cheap - as a friend couldn't get it up her stairs... it was a bargain. Our big bed almost wouldn't go up our stairs.... DH still sleeps in the middle of the bed and I still sleep hugging the edge of the bed. http://www.foxstitch.co.uk/

WE have a big bed - 6ft wide - got it in January sales half price at about £360 so not really very expensive as far as beds go. It was delivered at 8.45am before I'd moved our old bed out of our bedroom, and as I was trying to get out the door to get the children to school, so I hurriedly told the delivery guys to leave in it the lounge. I wondered why they gleefully disappeared so quickly - we couldn't get it up the stairs and Steve and I ended up hauling through one of the upstairs bedroom windows (whilst I was heavily pregnant!) Not funny - but I was determined to get it in. We love it - and really need it too with Alfie in the bed full time and occasionally Verity too. Hannah, 27 Mum to Bethany 7, Lawrence 5 1/2, Verity 3, Alfie 5 months Visit me on the web at :- http://hannahshome.20m.com

(So you can save on shoes for a few weeks yet then ;-) ) Tonight we went down to the town carnival to see the parade, great fun. Trying to work out what float we could do next year...aargh! must learn not to open my mouth! Barbara
