Using ALA *only* during the dump phase ... and general dump phase question

I know I have asked this before ... but when I reread the responses I

wasn't sure I made it clear ... I wanted to know if anyone has used

*only ALA* during the dump phase and managed. I'm at 4 1/2 months post-

amalgam removal.

Also ... I know that sometimes the dump phase really smacks people ...

I'm really scared of it. Is it horrible for *everyone*?
