Would you mind sharing with us your side-effects.? Much appreciated, Kai DHEA dosage Hi all.. I can't remember what Andy says about dosing DHEA (esp. for men). I seem to recall a dose of up to 300 mg/day...? I can't find my book. Also, has anyone had any noticable results from taking it? I'm weaning off HC because of side effects and am looking at other ways to deal with low cortisol/low DHEA. But I also read that supplementing DHEA can lower cortisol...? I had a series of bouts of conjunctivitis and my eyes were also susceptible to being scratched very easily. I read the fine print on the instructions that came with the HC, and it warns against eye problems.
