Guest guest
> ----------3 months isn't a magical number. You don't *have* to start ALA right at 3 months. You could wait a little longer, especially since you say you haven't chelated for a few weeks. I would suggest at least one more round of DMPS by itself, and see how you feel, after having a break from it.---------Jackie > So if 3 months isn't a magical number why would one need to wait until 3 months to begin ALA? Why 3 months in the first place? Why not 2 or 4 months? I know I'm into only just starting my 5th round of DMSA, but I don't feel that much difference on or off round at 25 mg. I've noticed improvments since starting, but nothing negative and nothing earth shattering either. Might it be ok for those who aren't heavily mercury toxic to begin ALA before 3 months?
