Guest guest
My bio dentist recommended a product from Longevity Plus called " Beyond Clean " ... it's used in baths to supposedly keep your skin from absorbing metals in water ... like lead, etc. It's calcium EDTA. I've used it once with an epsom salt bath in my jacuzzi. I don't want to absorb metals ... but I'm worried about the " EDTA " bit. I'm in the bath to absorb magnesium ... should I be worried about the " EDTA " ... or is it so little in a jacuzzi that any effect would be negligible? I don't want to give up my jacuzzi and epsom salts ... so relaxing for me and my twitchy/vibrating self ... but I don't want to absorb the junk in bath water ... but I don't know if this " EDTA " in the product is enough to do me harm. My interpretation from AI is that EDTA is not effective with mercury ... but not harmful like cilantro ... odd dosing schedules with DMSA ... etc. Can't afford a whole house filter. Please advise, wise ones!!!
