---------Marcia, I went in a FIR sauna once before my amalgams were out, and I

felt terrible too. I also believe that if you are very toxic, that it just

mobilizes too much stuff and makes you sicker. That was three years ago, and I

haven't dared to try it again. Now, one of my sisters has used it periodically,

and she says she feels better, even with amalgams still in. (She now only has

two gold crowns left.) So I do believe it has something to do with your toxic

levels, and I have arsenic besides mercury, so not sure if that makes any

difference.---------Jackie

configuration that was going to 'cure' my fibro. Well HUGE disaster, I ended

up with horrible pain in places I never had before and had to see a

rheumatologist and go on Rx pain pills for quite awhile and actually never did

get back to baseline in some area's. Now I realize what happened, I was so

loaded with old cracked, leaky amalgams and merc under leaking crowns and

leaking merc in a root canal, an infection exploding in another old root canal,

all that trying to sweat was just pulling toxins out everywhere and

redistributing.

Sauna's and sweating are another thing to me that can be very dangerous if you

are severely toxic and have not removed your amalgams in my experience.

Marcia

I damaged myself by sweating too much (long story) - so I will always

advise caution.
