Guest guest
Hi Andy -- Thanks do much for this forum. I'd like to get some expert help. I've had dental fillings since the age of 5. Every 8 or 9 years or so since the age of 17, I'd go through a period of a year or so with mercury-like symptoms in my brain -- burning brain, light-headedness, depression, and a feeling like the world was closing in (also bouts of sudden anger, suicidal thoughts -- the whole 9 yards). In between these periods I was fine -- felt great and had perfect health. In Jan 2005, at the age of 53. my health collapsed and I've been on a continuous cycle of brain-mercury symptoms. In Jan 2006, I finally understood that my symptoms were mercury related and I got my amalgam removed in Montreal by Dr. Benoit, a student of Hal Huggins. After that, I got worse, because the mercury was moving out of my brain. In Jan 2007, still with mercury symptoms, I discovered Rife machines, and began removing heavy metals from my body. I could not chelate with ALA or DMSA because my symptoms would become unbearable. To make a long story short, I have been gradually getting better this summer (2007) fter beginning ALA chelation (3 days on, 11 days off). I have now done 9 rounds and was getting to the point where I thought I was about through. Then, after my last round on Sunday, I began to feel bad again. By Thursday, my brain symptoms were back full blown. So I'm confused. (I've also been taking a neutraceutical which is replacing minerals and nutrients in my body, and really helping with my energy levels) I'm almost sure I've eliminated mercury from the rest of my body -- taking DMSA 25 mg every 3 hours for 3 days and nights last summer (urine test) showed 0 mercury and a little lead. My health is better -- but my brain symptoms are frightening. I've been running parasites out with the Rife machine, and I am going to run Lyme disease just to make sure it isn't that. My question is, is it possible to get such a strong reaction after making such a big improvement with ALA? If so, if this is just a " dump " then I can bear with it and continue ALA. I assume that it's best to wait until symptoms go away to start another round of ALA? I couldn't stand to feel any worse in my head than I already do. Your patience and help is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Ken MacLean
