Guest guest
I called a dentist's office today to ask about cavitation costs and recovery time. Does between $1800 - $2000 for each quadrant sound correct? I was also told that it takes about 3-5 days to recover for it is like getting an extraction done. Also, does one experience shifting of teeth or bite misalignment after cavitation surgery? Thanks

KAI : I had probably about 7 cavitations cleaned before chelating. I followed these protocols and never had any reinfections afterwards, which means you have to go back to the dentist immediately to have it redone !. The second day after surgery is the most crucial day for reinfection, or not. Here is the link: http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/day_of_dental_visit.html The forth day I had the non-disposable stiches taken out and healed within the next few days. . KAI :After losing my root-canalled teeth, and then had the cavitations cleaned out, I certainly think my bite changed. I corrected that with a Flexite partial. Best thing I ever did. Never had any pain, but discomfort of course.Never would have thought so .Good luck with your cleaning. Thanks

It's not just about infection or re-infection. It's the bone having trouble healing, and metals are a key part of destroying your capacity to heal. That's why sometimes you have to go back over and over. It's also why it's a good idea to do as much detox as you can first. I would suggest that the price he quoted is much too high. Most of us will have one site per quadrant (wisdom tooth), and it's a fairly simple procedure. Two years ago, my dentist (one of the best in the bay area, and I know most of them here) charged $500 each. Dave.
