Guest guest
Thanks Jada and Yes i take it two times a day, maybe I should up it as I think you and are correct, the ALA chelation put extra stress in the liver which hightened sensitivities... Its funny, there must be something going on down there (liver) as the niacinamide.grapefruit juioce got me through the 3 months before I had my amalgams out (November)... I have increased my niacinamide to 3 times (from two) and grapefruit intake, so anything to help liver get through this is probably a good idea QUESTION It seems per AI (page 41 graph) that high protein diet can be bad for phase 1 which andy says is associated with/the cause of MCS . Yet it seems to be common practise to recommend protein diet as I believe it is easier on body to digest or helpful in some way...So I am presuming in this case with what my liver has going on... a low protein diet would be better for a while Thanks > > > > I have been taking niacinamide and grapefruit juice for my MCS over the > > last 5 months.
