Does this reaction mean problems with sulfur foods?

If every time I eat eggs or avocado, I visit the loo within half an

hour to one hour with d (in case of eggs it is also foul smelling),

could this mean I have problem with sulfur foods? I don't believe I

have such a strong reaction to eggs in baked goods (maybe the portion

does not equal one whole egg). A food allergy test did reveal that I

am highly allergic to egg whites but can have the yolk occasionally.

Many years ago I used to eat two eggs at breakfast time without a

problem (still had amalgams in my teeth then), then I felt I had a

problem with the white for I started smelling the sulfury odor and

just had the yolks with no problem. Then after almost 6 months I

reintroduced the whites without a problem. It seems to have regressed

again.

I used to eat lentils daily, and then some months ago I started to

have bad smelling gas every time. So now I have stopped that too. Is

this also a sulfur food reaction?

I avoid cabbage, cauliflower, apsaragus etc for they are too fibrous

for me after my two surgeries for Crohn's.

Not sure if it is my shorter bowel or lack of the terminal ileum or

sulfur food reactions creating these problems.

Thanks
