Alessa, what has happened or what problems do you need help with? If you

don't get any suggestions from others, maybe you should consider going to see

in Seattle. I couldn't find one locally, so I went to see her

last year, and was happy I did.----------Jackie

Hi Jackie,

My problem is something that looks like chronic fatigue and/or bipolar

disorder but it's still taking me out for weeks at a time no matter

what I do.

------------Here is a really good post by Andy about different kinds of

depression and things you can try. Not sure if it will help, but worth checking

it out.----Jackie

Now I've had a CA125 test come back elevated and I'm so

exhausted/depressed that I'm not following up with it like I should.

That could mean big problems down the road.

----------I don't know what that test is for, but I understand your

frustration and getting depressed about it. This fall when I was told my blood

sugar was high and borderline diabetic, I just didn't want to hear that there

was one more thing wrong with me. It was hard to accept, so I

understand.---------Jackie

Anyway, trying to light a fire under my doctor and her staff while

dealing with everything else is just too much effort.

And still, I have no idea what's causing these " spells " . Every time I

think I've found the culprit, I'm proven wrong again.

I'm already supporting my thyroid (have hashimoto's) and adrenals with

cortef.

----------Have you tested any other hormones, like estrogen, progesterone,

testosterone, DHEA? I found out through saliva testing that I was severely

deficient in progesterone, and low in other things, and supplementing those has

helped.

And you may want to consider going to see . You can read about her on

her website. It was a big decision for me to decide to go see her, so I called

first and explained this, and she gave me a free 5 minute phone consult (ended

up being longer), to help me decide. I felt she understood everything,

especially adrenals and hormones and hair tests, etc., and it was nice to not to

have to argue with a doctor about using Culter's protocol. Otherwise, maybe

you're at the point of getting a doctor to consult with Andy. will do

this, but both her and Andy told me that can probably handle my case, and

if I turn out to be a very difficult case, then we could consult with him. And

sometimes *she* will consult him about a certain issue, so you kind of get him

in your back pocket, when you work with her. Here's the link.----------Jackie

Incredibly frustrating.

As always, any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
