Guest guest
Has anyone been doing regular foot baths to assist with detox? Is there any guidance on using them as part of this protocol? I've purchased one because I was familiar with them (and had actually administered them to others in a job I had a few years ago), and wanted to see if it would make difficult chelation or " redistribution " days go a little better. I've done 3 per week when feeling like I need it...and there is a signficant difference for me, both in ability to concentrate and in level of fatigue. I actually increased my ALA dose and didn't notice it. There's definitely black flecks coming with the baths (those are supposed to be metals), and I had my husband do one to compare our water results - which had notable differences. I'd love to take a water sample to a chemistry lab & get it analyzed. Has anyone done this? My liver test came back with very fast Phase I, and a couple slow Phase II pathways, so I've been looking for ways to ease chelation effects on this organ that are both safe and known to be of benefit. Another thing I've done is to slow myself down & now do mostly a bed- rest thing with no commitments...in hopes this will help my body heal. (I don't take cortisol, and have to keep life fairly low stress.) Have others seen chelation go better just by allowing themselves to be " sick " for a while? Doctors I worked with several years ago told me I'd have to do this...but it's a whole lot easier said than done. Joanne
