Guest guest
Hi Donna Cleavers are a herb of some sort.my understanding is that it acts like draino for the lymphs....helping to push things along...rebounding is also something I am doing. The lymphs run up your legs and up your arms and have no pump to move the fluid along, so its only excercise that helps. Rebounding was something that I can do even though some days a month ago, I could only walk short distances (weak adrenals) If you search on google for lymph drainage, many of the articles will indicate that cleavers and a few other herbs are good for cleaning out the lymph.I will post these later I know mine gets plugged up as 2.5 years ago when i was being treated by these morons for lymes, I would do a regiment of skipping (my health was better then), epsom salt baths and dry brushing and i would pass these gross balls of goo that i could literally feel coming from up near my liver... I was not aware of cleavers yet..but I think its all helping I buy the raw herb from an Elephant Pharmacy so not sure if you have something similiar in New Jersey...You can then make a tea out of it Hope it helps > > , this all sounds very interesting. What exactly > are " cleavers " . I've never heard of them and was wondering what > it does for lymph drainage. Thanks in advance. > : Donna
Guest guest
, thank you for explaining this to me. I don't know what an Elephant Pharmacy is, so I can't say we have one here! lol Is it a pharmacy that only gives very large doses of meds? hehehe Anyway, I'm saving this info you gave me so, when the time comes, I'll look into it further. Thanks! : Donna (removed other text) >> wrote: I was not aware of cleavers yet..but I think its all helping >>I buy the raw herb from an Elephant Pharmacy so not sure if you have >>something similiar in New Jersey...You can then make a tea out of it
