Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I also feel better on rounds than off, but my doctor wants me to take breaks, so I will keep on this way. I went up to 8mg for one round and afterwards I felt worse than usual. So I decided to go back to 6mg and stay there for awhile. I am on round 7. If symptoms increase in a linear fashion but excretion does not, I say it is best to take your time. Feeling worse for a 15% increase in excretion doesn't make sense. In general, I use this group as a substitute for the trials and studies which one wishes one could consult concerning the effects of chelators. If I hear from 20 people who say that chlorella made them sick, 100mg DMSA was too much, chelating with their filings in was bad, etc., etc., I conclude the masses have spoken. So far I haven't heard from enough human guinea pigs who have tried continuous low-dose chelation. So I will keep shooting in the dark with 3 days on/3 days off for now. On the other hand I do think that people's conclusions are often presented here with a greater air of certaintly than would be warranted given our real state of knowledge concerning chelation. The reduction in the recommended inital dose of DMSA is one example. All the best, Dave --- stringworship jlafolle@...> wrote: > Here's my question...what if one were to take 3mg, > or 6mg, every 4 > hours continuously for say 1 or 2 months before > taking a break?
