The pharmacist called back as promised to recommend reliable ala sources at a low dose and she said all the ones they know start at 100mg. But she did say Kirkman's is very good and I have used their 25mg capsules without getting sick. Its available online in the Files section. Just a pain to empty out the powder and split it up, pour it into other capsules etc. Hmmm... so I think I had a bad bottle of ALA that for some reason made me sick with nasty viruses.
