Normal citric acid will create an effervescent reaction and 'explode' your container and turn your mixture to muck (made this mistake :-)) Also, the Sodium Bicarb needs to be heat-treated to remove the water component. Here is the recipe: Anhydrous citric acid 1000 mg. Antacid Potassium bicarbonate 344 mg. Antacid Sodium bicarbonate (heat-treated) 1050 mg.
