Guest guest
I too think I have gone through bad reaction due to likely too high dose of ala (25mgs every 3 hrs with 15 mgs of dmps evry 3 hours)) and still having too high body/blood stores of mercury i am having very bad head symptoms (anxiety, depression, head fog fatigue burning in hands, feet, heart, head)..just want to lay in bed and cry/pray..was actually pretty good mid way through these rounds (have done 2) I spent the last two days reading through sections in AI as it is so valuable I know in my case and probably many others our bodies are toxic... probably more toxic now (post amalagms) as stores of mercury get released after removal. I know that now (post amalgam removal) I get mercury symptoms after massage (burning, aches, fatigue), so i guess it will just have to be more gentle dpms/dmsa pg 204: " Problem. lipoic acid isn't a one way street. It just makes it easier for mercury to go back and forth between the blood and the brain. If you have a lot in the brain, then taking LA will help...However if you have more in the blood stream than in the brain and you take LA, it will move it into the brain " pg 202 " NB: since lipoic acid allows mercury to move through nerve cell membranes, using it when there is a high blood level of mercury... can lead to redistribution of large amounts of mercury into the nervous system with consequent exacerbation of symptoms " so i guess its no ala for a while...somewhere in here (AI) I also found some of the symptoms of what i remember to be bad effects of I guess wrong dosages of dmsa and dmps I am trying vitamin c and more mag (as suggests) as in my case the mercury seems to be not getting out through my bowels as i get constipated..so hopefuly this will help any thoughts Good luck -- In frequent-dose-chelation , " " wrote: > It would probably be best to stop the round. Guest guest
Two words, : Raisin Bran. The fiber of the bran and raisin have helped me to keep things moving, so to speak. I have only been off of a high fiber diet once during chelation, and it was a rough time, not being able to eliminate the mercury that was being released. I really think it redistributed because it was too long in the intestines, so I make it a point to never be without fiber. Best, Robyn ~~~~~~~ I am trying vitamin c and more mag (as suggests) as in my case the mercury seems to be not getting out through my bowels as i get constipated. .so hopefuly this will help any thoughts Good luck
