For 20 years I've been told, by Dr. Rea and others, that toxins are also stored

in the fat, so whether it's mercury or something else, weight loss will release

these toxins into the system. It's the reason I never feel any significant or

noticeable energy boost when I lose weight. I always feel crappy. Of course,

drinking more water and adding more fiber, like psyllium, might help with that.

Dean, my worst weight problems began as my health started to decline, largely

due to the increased cravings, etc. I also love food and it's my only real

immediate gratification. I'm also hypothyroid, but can lose weight when I eat

properly, though now that I'm perimenopausal, that will become harder to do.

I'm obese. I know a lot of toxic people who are also overweight, some severely.

I can't tell you about the adrenals yet 'cause I'm about to do the saliva test

tomorrow, but I suspect I must have some sort of adrenal problems due to being

mercury toxic for about 40 years. I'll be posting once I get the results.
