I started 12.5 and was too intense...Many people experience this (ie having to start very low)..i ended up at 6.25..just increased it to 8.3 I think its Huggins who says be careful with b12 and that is I believe on day of removal and with injections of b12. try vit C I.V.'s if yo can after each series of removal. It seemed to help me.
