Can anyone give me any input on the difference between the 2 forms of

vit. C? According to my findings, the recommended doses are 5 - 20

mg. / pd. / dose of (buffered) or 100 - 250 mg. / dose. This means the

ascorbic is a much smaller of a dose. Is this accurate? Does anyone

know for sure. Thanks
