Hi jackie currently I am taking no supplements for yeast or gut

issues, that is why I was considering the aloe vera, If anyone has any

advice that would be great.

many thanks Jim

------------You could certainly try the aloe vera, and see if it helps. Let

us know if you do and what you think. Otherwise, I think pretty much all of us

or most of us use probiotics to help control yeast. You can also take biotin

(like 8mg) 3-4X/day, and saccharomyces boulardii, a good yeast that is supposed

to crowd out the bad yeast. Then there are various natural antifungals that you

can try, and some say to rotate them every four days. You probably wouldn't

want to start all of this at once, it may cause too much die off and leave you

feeling miserable. So I think probiotics would probably be the place to start.

I think alot of us take fairly high doses, but you may want to start lower. My

current dose is 50 billion cfu's a day. Hope this helps. Ask more specific

questions, if you need to.----------Jackie
