It would be best to buy 25 mg caps and divide by two.

I divide 100 mg caps this way. Cut a piece of parchment paper, fold

it to make a crease, and mark lines on it 1 cm apart. Dump the powder

across the lines and spread evenly. 100/8 = 12.5 mg, so you need 8

spaces to divide 100 mg to 8 12.5 mg caps. Use a sharp knife to take

the powder from between the spaces and put it in new caps. I fill the

rest of the cap with ascorbic acid powder.
