Is it safe to take the Thorne ACE twice a day and then in evening

Yes it is safe and they should work well together with the timing that

you have proposed.

ACE does not actually contain cortisol (maybe a trace). Because it is

basically adrenal cortex tissue it is thought to give the right

nutrients to feed the adrenals and encourage healing. The mechanism

of phosphatidyl serine is unrelated to the theory of ACE use.

In our house we have found that taking ACE after 3pm can cause trouble

falling asleep. We are using nutricology and the dose I beleive is

higher. So you may not see this with Thorne, but something to keep in

mind.
