Ok. Who was it that got me started on marshmallows for this constant

*whispering* I think it is working!!! But don't say it too loudly:)

Seriously, when I eat alot of them, things slow down!! I've become quite the

marshmallow expert around the house now.

/Karima...

Do you eat them all the time to keep the diarrhea under control?? Or do you

eat them only on days that you have diarrhea and the marshmallows then slow

down the trips to the potty??

try this: take a Ritz cracker, spread with peanut butter, artfully place three M

& M's, top with 1/2 of a large marshmallow. Nuke it for about 10 seconds.....no

longer, the marshmallow bubbles up and threatens to blow!!!

DON'T eat it immediately HOT HOT HOT....let it cool.

yummy:)

whoever it was that mentioned them, thank you thank you!

is good, but I have never tried it...........sounds weird to me, but that may

help also, if you would like to try it...........just about the same as you are

doing except use cheddar cheese instead of pnut butter and

chocolate.............Let me know if it works...........Lora Ann
