cortisone taper? Need advice on this

I have had brochitis for what is going on month three now. Been

through two rounds of antiobitics, inhalers, expectorants, vitamins,

herbs, whatever else I can find...to no avail I still have it.

My doc now wants me to do a Methylprednisolone blister pack. Along

with another round of antibiotics.

I have been on ACE for over a year now, and began pregnenolone a few

weeks ago.

I hear all kinds of stories about using this..so I am not sure what to

do. Is this going to make matters with my adrenals worse? What about

the ACE and pregnenolone. I would assume I need to stop using those?
