Guest guest
LOL these stories reminds me of having a argument in the car with my mother and she stopped the car and told me to get out.. The first 2 times she did this I shut up asap but the third time (I must have had enough) I got out and started walking the opposite direction to what we where going (towards grandma's house) my mother got out of the car quick and put me back in (not before she had smacked me I must say) but she never again threatened to throw me out of the car. Guess she knew it was a empty threat for me. Lonnie Phoebe & Eloisa's mama & expecting a Christmas delivery... My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you start. So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake. I feel better already. Re: toliet training help > >Reminds me of when my foster son used to say " I hate this house! I >want to run away! " I used to say calmly: " off you go and pack then, >and I'll make you sandwiches. " He never did! > >Ruthie I packed (suitcase full of knickers and one teddy) and went to the front door. However, my parents did suggest that I have my tea before I went and I agreed (I haven't changed much!) After this opportunity for consideration I fixed them with an eagle stare and waggled my finger and told them they had five more chances. (I find it very interesting that they can't remember the serious parenting error on their part which had lead to my decision to go and live with grandma. But then, neither can I!) -- jennifer@...
