Am I the only *sad* person who wouldn't want to meet up with any of the

people they were in school with - I hated it and most everyone there - am I

the only one??

No, Jenni, you're not alone. I *loathed* my first school - boarding,

started at 7 left at 16 and wouldn't want to share memories with anyone who

was there. However I went to a fantastic school for my A levels, where I

was very happy - Blackheath High in SE London - brilliant headmistress,

enlightened teachers and the whole experience was eye-opening. I certainly

would never have gone to university without that experience as my first

school left me completely turned off education.
