Guest guest
Well this is discouraging! We were planning on getting a steam generator and making an existing bath/shower enclosure into a little steam room (on the cheap). We are on well water so chlorine is not an issue, fortunately. I personally cannot tolerate a dry sauna (maybe because I don't sweat well?). The minute i go in, i have to come out. My adrenals are terrible, i'm on HC, but i find a steam room makes me feel better, the times i've had access to one. So...should we give up on this idea? thanks, NJ
Guest guest
I used to assume that because I had well water, I was drinking healthy water. It turned out that I have arsenic in my well water, so I was continuously poisoning myself more. My sister has manganese in her well water, and is toxic at high levels. So unless you've had your well water tested for such things, don't assume that it is safe. (These metals showed up high in our hair tests.)--------Jackie In frequent-dose-chelation NJ wrote: Well this is discouraging!
