as I understand it AI says to wait 3 months post amalgam removal before

starting ALA. I believe Andy says that this gives the body stores of

mercury time to be chelated with dmsa/dmps

however is it possible with heavy body stores of mercury that possibly

you should wait longer before starting ALA?

I was 25 years on allergy shots and I know my fillings were probably

leaking for probably the same number of years...have had constipation

and anxiety ever since I was a teenager, but it git quite bad 15-20

years ago
