Hi Jackie and others,

Are you aware of any good and safe protocols to follow for using GSE,

Taheebo and also for Oregano, to kill candida with limited die-off?

I work with a colonic hydrotherapist and nutritional therapist that use Wild

Oregano after establishing levels of candida via a stool test. They say that

they do not experience die-off from when Oregano is used, but lots of it

when using GSE or Taheebo (Pau D'Arco).

One of my clients can't tolerate Oregano (nausea) and would like to try the

other two and I'm looking for some tried and tested protocols for GSE and

Taheebo. Anybody know some please?

Is there any danger in going too slowly and allowing the candida to build a

tolerance?

By the way you can put 'oils\ in the capsule and they will last for ages

without digesting the water soluble capsule. I put Vit E oil and Oregano oil

in capsules and store them in the fridge and there is no problem.

It is only when you put water soluble items in them that the capsule is

digested.

On another note does anyone know of a good stool testing lab the Canadians

can use without Doctors? Or should they send it to the USA?

Also how can someone in Canada do a saliva test without a doctor, or is

there a doctor in Mississuaga/Toronto that can test adrenals and thyroid and

knows how to treat them?

Many thanks,

Dean

Dean - a few things. I am Canadian and did stool testing via the

states. I would have to look up the actual company I did it through

but I thing Genova? I also did the saliva test through rocky mountain

indiagnostics in Alberta. I had no problems.

I am using a NP in St. about 1 1/2 west of Mississauga. She is

following Cutler with me. I would be interested in knowing of

resources in TO.

Andy writes in AI that GSE affects one of the liver phases. I don't know it off

the top of my

head. A lot of parents on A-M use GSE in combination with the enzyme No Fenol

to

combat yeast. I knocked back a bad yeast infection in my gut going no sugar and

using a

product called Pro-Ent-2. It is mostly oregano and I was advised to take it

with food/fat

to avoid nausea.

I don't know about Canada, but I recently had some tests ordered (GI, adrenals,

thyroid)

without a doctor, through Mark . He works for Diagnos-Techs lab, and also

does

consulting. www.drmarkrhodes.com I don't think he knows about mercury

poisoning,

but it is a fairly convenient way to get tests done.

GSE use here...Tablets are more palatable than the liquid. Begin

slowly taking one tablet a day, gradually adding more when you see it

not working. Always and I mean always use a good probiotic daily while

on it. But take that at least four hours away from the GSE. Do not

take the GSE when you see yeast is gone.

I have been using this off and on for 18 months on myself and my kids.

It is said to affect liver phases..but if your following Andy's

protocol that means your on milk thistle..so this should not become a

problem.

Liquid GSE is great as a gargle, ear drops, nasal drops, or skin wash

for yeast problems in those areas.

Caprylic acid is another option of any health food store will sell

some herbal concoction for candida.

Don't know about taheebo.

Going sugar free helps, but will not eliminate it in everyone,

especially if you are chelating. Any more questions, please email.
