ok. an hour ago i took the 12.5 mg of dmsa powder by mouth and sure

enough, i have the expected bloating/inflammation going on. so i

wonder, once again, if taking the dmsa by inhalation, (or injection or

transdermal patch for that matter,) would be better for people with my

gut issues..

thanks.

Inhalation is not a suitable method to deliver DMSA. Injection is not

suitable considering that we are using small quantities every 4 h and

it would be outrageously expensive to prepare compared to oral, and

outrageously inconvenient. Transdermal patches have disadvantages too.

In the frequent dose chelation group we are using Andy Cutler's

protocol. The method of drug delivery is oral.

It is best to investigate diet and supplement interventions to control

gut issues. Some people report less gut issues with DMPS if you can

find a practitioner to write a script. Look in the files section for

" diet - how to pick the right one for your kid " and " Neutrophils,

yeast and DMSA " . Be sure that you are on the basic supplements and

study the appropriate sections (diet and supplements) of " Amalgam

Illness " .

I know it sounds crazy but I have seemed to have more " gut " issues

with dmsa alone than when I combined it with ALA. I had better luck

taking 25mg of both than I did taking 12.5 dmsa alone and breaking my

capsules apart and pouring the powder in a glass and drinking it.

That's when I felt bad. Now I take 25mg of both dmsa and ala

(swallow in a capsule) every 3 hours.

than with Ala. Not the norm but does happen.

TK--- no

TK-- no - the protocol here is oral. Try treating your gut issues

with proper diet, natural antifungals, probiotics and possibly use

DMPS instead.

The alternatives are ALA and DMPS.
