I'm not an expert on this, but I think I remember reading something like that when I used to read the NaturalThyroidHormone group for awhile. So the ACE may be affecting your thyroid levels.--------Jackie > > --------Somebody else may know more about this, jump in please!--- -----Jackie Sunshine: That is very interesting that. i have no idea at this stage, but i will investigate this theory. Looks good on paper. From what i'v read the adrenals need treating first, but i don't remember reading what you just described. > What is happening now is what happened when I first took the Ace, so > I am likely to conclude that ACE is no good for me. I have heard of Essiac tea, but have never used it myself, and have never heard of anybody having reactions to it. I would be suspect of the parasite cleanse, because of the die-off it could be causing.--------Jackie Sunshine: i did test drive the essiac tea on its own 3 weeks ago, when nothing else was happening. I got nasty shoulder pains at " moderate " dosages, so i am dosing now at low dosage only. I have stopped ACE today, i will report back later what happens. last time it took 1.5 days before i started feeling any better.....i continue with the parasite & bowel cleanses and essiac tea. From what i'v read the adrenals need treating first, but i don't remember reading what you just described. --------Yes, I have also read that the adrenals need treating first, and I believe it's true from first hand experience. Tried Armour without adrenal support, and it was no good. It's looking like maybe you don't need ACE, so your attempts to supplement with it may be causing an imbalance with your thyroid. I think and/or have joined a new Hormone group, maybe they could give us the link? and TK seem to know a fair amount about this stuff also, so anybody else, please jump in!---------Jackie > What is happening now is what happened when I first took the Ace, so > I am likely to conclude that ACE is no good for me. Or is it a general immune booster? Why do you think it gave you shoulder pains? (This could be put in a separate thread with appropriate title.)------Jackie I have stopped ACE today, i will report back later what happens. last time it took 1.5 days before i started feeling any better.....i continue with the parasite & bowel cleanses and essiac tea.
