Betaine is TMG

Betaine HCL has chloride on the end instead of hydroxide.

I saw a lot that said betaine was TMG and only a

What is clear is that you need to avoid eggs. You can start there.

You will need to test other sulfur foods to see if you are sulfur food

intolerant.

So now I'm wondering if betaine hcl

It's ok to use betaine HCl with pepsin for extra stomach acid. If it
