K/Ca is .01 and should be .03-.35 - this suggests a possible thyroid problem. You can confirm this with blood tests, free T3, free T4, and TSH. Na/Mg is .37 and should be 1-5 - this means your body can't make enough adrenaline. In HTI, Andy suggests tyrosine, folic acid, trimethylglycine (TMG), B6, and B12 as possible supplements to help with the poor mood and energy that go with this problem. When lithium is undetectable, a supplement of about 5 mg can be helpful (orotate or aspartate). It can be calming and mood stabilizing. That's all I'm seeing.
