(I found that REALLY scary) I read something in the AA mag a couple of years ago that said that around 80% of car seats are not fitted properly. However, in spite of this, they have drastically reduced the number of injuries in children. I was stopped by the police ?last year - boy did that scare me as I'd only driven about 100 yards from home and hadn't done anything wrong! Anyway, they were doing a survey on car seats and asked m if I knew how to fit the seat, what stage seat DD was in, did I know what buckle-crunching was etc. Passed with flying colours, BTW. -- Sue
