Guest guest
Hello > Two words, : Raisin Bran. The fiber of the bran and raisin have helped me to keep things moving, so to speak. I have only been off of a high fiber diet once during chelation, and it was a rough time, not being able to eliminate the mercury that was being released. I really think it redistributed because it was too long in the intestines, so I make it a point to never be without fiber. * if you have to follow a gluten free diet then fennel tea is a good solution for constipation as is vitamin C taken until you get loose stools, then reduced. > is

Guest guest
thanks is and Robyn actually I eat a large bowl of (Whole Food's) Nature's Path Organic Oat bran/pysllium every am (13 grams of fiber)...but I will try the fennel tea and may go back to the smooth move tea which I had been using before i had my amalgams removed.actauly i just looked at the smooth move ingredients and it has fennel I think i just have to be very very strict with myself on taking multiple supps for bowels. including * two-three drinks of organic pysllium husks (Whole Foods) * at least 3-4 grams of vitamin c with each meal and at bedtime * Magnesium (Magna-Calm from Longevity Science) per * activated charcoal between supps to mop up mercury in my gut > > Two words, : Raisin Bran.
