Guest guest
Hi, everyone. Trader Joes has their own label ALA. It's a really good price, and I want to go with it if I'm going long-term, but is it a quality product? Is it potent? Does it have what it takes? How can I evaluate supplements? Trader Joe's also has several of the other supplements Andy recommends at very reasonable prices. A second question: for the Ladies. I know menstrual irregularities in general are a mercury symptom. What about bright red fertile cervical mucus (not clear)? What about the fact that my period, in the past two cycles, has suddenly gone from an average of 26 days long over that past year (it was actually 29 days long three cycles ago!) and has shrunk down to exactly 22 days per cycle for the past two menstrual cycles! That's just one day over 3 weeks! That's shorter than I've ever experienced, and that's after taking Vitex for 4 cycles!! Additionally, I always get extremely sensitive ovaries around ovulation, for about 4 days. Sometimes, during the time around ovulation, my ovaries actually hurt more just from the impact of sitting down in a chair, that's how sensitive they are! If this is what they call " mittelshmertz, " or ovulation pains, it's a little out of hand. My ov. pain was never this pronounced before, until the year of 2007. I should note that I just got my amalgams removed on Dec. 21, '07. No DMSA or DMPS or ALA yet. Also, no tests done yet. I'm looking into that. Guest guest
I know one of Trader Joe's producers and they were adamant that they produce quality products and that after the expiration date of the product it was at or very near the label claim.
