Help with methylation: B vitamins, methionine unless you have elevated cysteine. Choline, TMG. I think sulfation was NAC. You probably have the book and know all this already. GABA stimulates the same receptors as klonopin (for sleep anyway) I know we are all so different in what helps. Mercury just does a number on our livers. I know my MCS has decreased so much with chelation.
