Look up the work of Maes where he discusses the high rate of oxidative damage in depression and discusses Zn metabolism, referring (you will have to be paying close attention) to metallothionine production. Andy tends to hue closely to verifiable results - even to a fault; but since we are doing dangerous stuff, it's probably a good idea to be highly conservative.
