hey, Jackie :)

Yep, finished it, along with AI too. I want to get the necessary knowledge

under my belt before starting (and it won't take me forever to start, but I

can't jump into the deep end without knowing where the life preservers are!).

I'm revising my old " daily regimen " chart (that I've failed to follow for about

1 1/2 years and put back on about 40 of the 57 pounds I'd lost), so I can do

things as consistently as possible. There are too many " guidelines " as far as

what to take when, when to eat, sleep, etc., so I'm trying to whittle it all

down and make it doable, only addressing the " absolutely necessary " what I can

afford, and reasonably expect to accomplish so I can -- in REALITY -- stick with

this.

I haven't received the saliva test kit yet, but am anxious to get that done.

I know that, at one point, I wanted to do the Liver Panel to see about my phases

since I have MCS (universal, in a BIG way) and would want to confirm how my

liver actually is working so I can try address that properly, using suggestions

in AI, on Dr. Ziem's site, etc. I do believe that, once I get the mercury out,

my body will gradually function better, but if there's some way I can improve

ANYthing sooner, I'd like to try it IF it's possible for me to actually do so.

All I know is I'm VERY grateful I stumbled across this list probably at least 6

or 7 years ago and only last year finally started reading the posts! I think

I've gotten more valuable info here than on any other list I've been on.

: Donna
