Dean, much earlier on I gained weight very easily. I know now a lot

of it had to do with a really low metabolism & untreated thyroid

disease. But I was also trying to eat things to get energy, because

I couldn't get energy from food. It had nothing to do with

appetite...I don't think I really had either an appetite or much

sense of taste/smell & couldn't figure it out. Some foods did give

me a short spark, which was mostly wheat & sugar. As I was going

through treatment, I realized I'd eaten those foods because the

allergic reaction caused my heart rate to increase quite a bit &

give me a sense of an energy burst.

It's sad that toxicity has to proceed to such an extreme level that

the the person is wasting for many years before it gets diagnosed,

but that happened to me, too.

Hi Joanne,

Yes, I have seen that a lot with Sulfur sensitive people. They always say -

but those are the foods I love!

It gives and intial boost because of adrenaline and knocks the adrenals for

cortisol.

The crash comes later.

Yes, I feel the end result of illness is adrenal insufficiency which

equates to wasting.

Thanks,
