I have never used oil of oregano, but for my kids, stringy

melted-cheese means yeast, and black means die off or something they

ate.

I don't know anything about oil of oregano but I had black stringy

things in my stool either the second or third day on no fenol. I had

stomach cramps that day and later saw that in my stool. I agree with

Dana I think it's yeast die off.
