I agree with all and Dean have to say but that wasn't anywhere near what I was attempting to communicate; the thrust of my post was more philosophical in nature: We can't all do everything all the time so how do we make choices in our personal approach to treatment. That's > all. The way I did it was to try to think of the most important thing(s) to work on, and work on those one at a time. I was helped in the process by stumbling on good diet information about 6 years before amalgam removal, so I had diet and supplements in place before I tackled the amalgams. With supplements, I set priorities, buy inexpensive sources of the essential ones first, and then add others as I see the need and have the money.
